Meet Our Team

Founder Cynthia "Cyndy" Hartz brings a unique blend of healthcare experience, community knowledge, and hospitality to Refined Neighborhood Home Rentals. After living in Northeast Ohio for more than 15 years, raising her family on Cleveland's Eastside, and spending over a decade with Ohio's largest family service nonprofit, Cyndy developed a deep understanding of the communities she serves and the importance of providing dependable, high-quality housing.

Her professional background with Johnson & Johnson and Becton Dickinson gave her firsthand insight into the demanding schedules and unique housing needs of healthcare professionals working in Level I trauma centers, including Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and MetroHealth. That experience inspired her vision to create thoughtfully furnished homes that offer comfort, convenience, and a true sense of home for traveling professionals and families alike.

Today, Cyndy calls metro Atlanta home, where her child attends college, giving her extensive knowledge of both the Ohio and Georgia markets. Under her leadership, Refined Neighborhood Home Rentals has grown into a trusted collection of luxury short and long term furnished homes across both states. Every property is carefully selected and professionally managed to deliver exceptional accommodations, modern amenities, and personalized service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay
